Submit New Model

Instructions 1) Fill in the 3 required fields; your email address, model zip file to upload, and a read-write access code.
2) Fill in as much of the other model description as you can, then click 'Submit'.
Your model's URL will be shown on the screen and emailed to you. The read-write access code will be the password.

Model
Name Format: Identify neuron(s) (if appropriate), what is investigated, then identify in parenthesis the first author, or two, if two or less, otherwise use et al. and the year(s) of publication. See the model names list for examples.
Note: Each model will remain private until you request the ModelDB administrator to make it public.
Read only access code (Used to share private model in read-only mode)
Model papers Enter either PubMed ID(s) or citation(s) associated with the model. The citation(s) can be in any bibliographic format.
Notes

Hint: Summarize the
paper(s) and model
here more succinctly
than in the abstract(s).
Properties

Hints: Choose the properties of the model by keeping this guiding question in mind: "Do I want my model to appear when someone searches by asking for all models with that(those) keyword(s)?"

If one or more properties you would like to choose for your model does not already exist in the list(s) use the "Other ..." text boxes to enter your suggestion which will be emailed to the ModelDB administrator for consideration of adding to the list(s).
Hold control (Ctrl) key down while selecting (Mac: command key).
