Single neuron with dynamic ion concentrations (Cressman et al. 2009)
Accession: 136773
These are the full and reduced models of a generic single neuron with dynamic ion concentrations as described in Cressman et al., Journal of Computational Neuroscience (2009) 26:159–170.

influence of sodium and potassium dynamics on excitability, seizures,
and the stability of persistent states: I. Single neuron dynamics. J

The code for the full model is written in C and uses routines from
Numerical Recipes in C.

The code for the reduced model runs on XPP.
