Phosphatidyl serine (BC-PS) decreases dendritic spine loss
Phosphatidylserine in the treatment of clinically diagnosed alzheimer's disease. The SMID group. (1987). Journal of neural transmission. Supplementum, 24287-292. BC-PS administration to old rats improves the performances in some memory tests. In humans, the effects of BC-PS have been studied by some controlled trials in AD and related cognitive disorders.
