It simulates a Hodgkin-Huxley-type model of the electrical activity of suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) neurons in the diurnal rodent Rhabdomys pumilio. Model parameters were inferred from current-clamp recordings using data assimilation (DA) algorithms available at https://github.com/mattmoye/neuroDA
