Instructions:

1. Make the main model executable (Requires g++) 
% make

2. Run the simulations
% bash  run_to.sh

3. Graph generation requires MATLAB v. R2014a. The graphs are generated by the following 2 matlab files:
> an_to
> an_to_m

The matlab code makes use of the open source exportfig matlab package which is included (see exportfig/LICENSE for details ).
